Initial Visit
Full Body Massages
If this is your first visit to Inner Wealth Massage please be 15 minutes early for your appointment in order to fill out the client intake form , or you can download it to fill it out and bring with you, or you can submit it over the web.
Medical Massage
Before your initial visit you must fill out and submit the initial paperwork so we can contact your insurance company. Plan on 45 minutes to an hour for your initial visit so we can have 15 to 20 minutes to discuss your physicians protocol for massage, assess your pain, and discuss a schedule and treatment plan. The last half hour will be massage.
*You will not be billed for the time it takes to assess pain and make the treatment plan.
